2 : Kathmandu: Sightseeing and Trek Preparation

After breakfast, Free day in Kathmandu or you can visit to world heritage sites of Pashupatinath Temple-the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of sacred Bagmati River, BodhanathStupa-the biggest Buddhist Stupa architecture in the world! Patan Durbar Square is the oldest city in the Kathmandu valley with age old tradition also called Lalitpur-the city of fine arts. SwayambhunathStupa-the 2000 years old legendary stupa on the hillock also nick-named as monkey temple. Your day tour ends Kathmandu Durbar Square Showcasing living goddess Kumari Temple. 3 : Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2652m)

The sharp early in the morning we will take the flight to Lukla (2827m). The flight time is about 40 minutes approx flying parallel to giant Himalayan Mountains bordering Nepal and China (Tibet). After the exciting mountain flight we will land at the runway built by Sir Edmund Hillary and the Sherpas in the mid-1960s. While our staff crew sort and load trekking equipment we will explore the beautiful Sherpa village. Around afternoon we will head star our trek by descend through DudhKosi River and we will join the main trail to Namche Bazaar, located just above Chaunrikharka (2713m) at Thalsharoa (2680m). As it the starting point of the trekking so, trail is easy. Then we will pass through the many small village like, chheplung, Thadokoshi goon, Nurning ,chhuthaea, Dukdingma(2492m), then to the Phakding. Here we will have the night stay at the yeti mountain home or similar hotel. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

4 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3446m)

From Phakding village we will ascendant through the river to up to the valley, throughout The trail we get to explore the river valley, beautiful blue pine and rhododendron forest which is highlights of spring months. We gradually cross the DudhKosi River at Benkar and get the glimpses of the tantalizing snow-capped peaks of KusumKanguru (6369m) and Thamserku (6623m). After the short walk from the Benkar we will reach Monjo (2835m), where we reserve some time for our lunch. From little bit of the rest and stuffing our Tummy we will ascent through little tougher trail and entrance of the national park to Namche Bazaar. After crossing a large and stable suspension bridge high above the DudhKosi River, we slowly ascend at a steady pace to the NamcheBajaar where we will the glimpseof the some fantastic photographic opportunities from the top, as the peaks of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse and Taweche. inNamche Bazaar we will have night stay at the yeti mountain home or similar hotel. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

5 : Namche Bazaar (3446m) Acclimatisation Day with rest.

After spending the night at the 480 household populations we will got out to explore the capital of the khumbu region atyeti mountain home or similar hotel. While exploring the namche bazaar we will get know that namche has the dense population of the Sherpa community. We will be fascinated by the cultural and the tradition of the wonderful Sherpa community. The whole day we will be exploring and preparing for the next day tougher trek. It is recommended that you take the opportunity to see both the sunrise and sunset views from the national park headquarters above the village. The stunning vista includes a superb panorama of the Khumbu peaks and great views of Everest. After breakfast, a variety of options exists. Perhaps a walk towards Thami (3810m) above the beautiful BhoteKhola River Valley or a visit to the national park headquarters to see the interesting displays of Sherpa lifestyle and culture. There is also a mountaineering display and information on the park’s flora and fauna. Your guides are one hand to offer advice and escort you on walks. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

6 : Namche Bazaar to Tangboche (4038m) (Trekking: approximately 5 hours)

This is one of the significant days of the trek. We will move on from Namche Bazar to reach Tengboche which takes just about 5 hours. En-route, we can visit Tengboche Monasteries lying at the height of 3860m and this is the maximum point of the entire trek. We will walk on a rather plane trail and get an opportunity to mark the magnificence of splendid Mt. Everest, AmaDablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Thamserku, Khangtaiga. We may also spot wild lives like musk deer, multicolored pheasant (National bird) on the way. Overnight at Yeti Mountain home or similar hotel. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

7 : Tangbche to Dingboche (Trekking: approximately 6 hours

Early morning, after breakfast we will move on to Dingboche (4410m). The air starts to become thin significantly from here. It’s approximately a 4 hour long trek to Dingboche. We head towards our ultimate goal, the Everest base camp. We cross the Imja valley and few Sherpa villages. We will spend the night here in Dingboche at the Yeti Mountain home or similar hotel. 8 : Dingoche to Lobuche (4930m)

In the morning we ascend the small ridge behind the village above the Pheriche valley. From the top, Tabuche(6367m) and Cholatse (6335m) make for a striking scene, as they seem to lean forwards from across the valley in the west. Now, from this day, the path will be quite difficult in compared to others. The path will be full of uphill trails and air will be thin as we move to place with high altitudes. On the way, you can see the graveyards of climbers who didn’t make it to their destination while conquering the mountains of Everest region. Many places choose to stay at Lobuche to acclimatize their body for the way to Everest Base Camp. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

9 : Lobuche to GorakShep (5160m)

As the trek to GorakShep is relatively short, we have the opportunity for a leisurely breakfast before beginning the day’s walk From Lobuche. The trail is flat but it is difficult to cover because of high altitude and thin air. We will walk along one of the giant glaciers of the world present in Khumbu region. Once we reach Everest Base Camp, you will have the experience of your lifetime and have the clear view of mountains like Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Amadablam& numbers of other small peaks. In Everest Base Camp you can see the gravestones of various climbers who lost their lives while conquering the mountains of Everest region including Mt. Everest. Then after having our moment in Everest Base Camp, we will make our way down towards Gorakshep.The return journey from the Base Camp to GorakShep takes the same amount of time. We have an early dinner so that we are able to get up early the next day for awe-inspiring views of the Himalayan giants from KalaPathar. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

10 : GorakShep to Kala Patar – Pheriche (4270m)

This day our goal is to reach the top of Kalapathar in the morning. Kalapatthas provides you the most stunning view n morning. The reason behind calling this place Kalapatthar is that there are only black rocks and no snow. The view of Mt. Everest from Kala Patthar is imaginative as it is very far from the distance. The Mt. Everest hides behind 2 other mountains reason for people calling it a shy mountain. After our moment in Kalapatthar, we will descend to reach Pheriche via Gorakshep. 11 : Pheriche to Namche Bazar,

In the early in the morning after Breakfast, we descend steeply through beautiful forest of juniper, rhododendron and fir till PhunkiTenga (3250m). After a welcome break and perhaps a cup of tea too then we cross the DudhKosi River’s bridge and ascend to Trashinga (3380m) & continue ascend till Kyangjuma (3550m). Here can have lunch break. Gently flat way descends till to NamcheBazzer. We enjoy a leisurely departure from Namche Bazaar with a final opportunity to visit the shops in the bazaar. Today we will have the night stay at Yeti Mountain home or similar hotel. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

12 : Namche Bazar to Lukla (2800m)

From Namche Bazaar we descend slowly down through large suspension bridge over the DudhKosi River. We follow the trail through Jorsale and back to Monjo. In the afternoon it is a short walk via Benkar through blue pine and rhododendron forest, with great views of KusumKangaru(6367m), where we take lunch in Phakding. This is our last day of trekking, where it is only on the valley before making the final climb up to the airstrip at Lukla. Perhaps enjoy a hot shower! In the evening we enjoy a farewell dinner, followed by a few celebratory drinks and dancing with our teams. Included meals : Breakfast Lunch Dinner

13 : 13. What is the physical conditioning level needed for trekking?

We rise early in the morning to be ready for the arrival of our aircraft for the flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu we are met and transferred back to our starting hotel.

14 : Final Departure

The journey comes to an end today! A representative from Nepal Trekking in Himalayas will drop us off at the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight.
